The story behind CodaKaizen comes from Will’s own transformative journey of self-development. In the summer of 2017, Will found himself in a dark and uncertain place. Feeling lost and unsure of his direction in life, he started to make small but meaningful changes to his weekly routine. What began as small steps—reading daily, studying math, and improving his physical health—soon grew into a deep commitment to personal development, planting the seeds for what would later become CodaKaizen.
As a squash coach, Will was motivated to lead-by-example and help his students reach their own full potential. That ambition—to support others develop their potential and improve their lives—became the driving force behind the program. Drawing from his own experiences, Will designed CodaKaizen to help people reframe their past, set meaningful goals in the present, and make progress towards a better future.
CodaKaizen isn’t just a program—it’s a philosophy rooted in Will’s own journey of transformation. By incorporating the strategies and principles that guided him into CodaKaizen, Will’s mission is to empower others to take ownership of their growth and create lives filled with meaning, purpose, and progress.
